Certifications
Behavior Technicians are the backbone of the clinical teams. Tasked with implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition, they interact daily with families to record data and communicate clinical progress. Working directly with clients daily and under the supervision of a BCBA.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to work autonomously
BCaBA and QASPs are Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts Or Qualified Applied Behavior Analysts that conduct assessments, analyze data, write and revise treatment plans and train others therapists. BCaBAs/QASPS work directly under BCBAs or QBAs and receive supervision.
